What happens to my files?
Your files stay on your device. Conversion happens in your browser, and closing or reloading the page clears your selected file and result. Nothing is uploaded and no copy of your file is stored anywhere.
Which files can I convert?
Drop any file up to 20 MB and PDFrio shows every possible target: PDF to Word (exact layout), editable PDF, JPG, PNG, TXT, HTML or Markdown; Word and PowerPoint (.pptx) to PDF, Word, TXT, HTML or Markdown; Excel, ODS, CSV, TSV and JSON to each other, PDF, XML or HTML; images to each other, PDF or Word. The most used conversion is always suggested first. Word and PDF results open in page view. Scanned PDFs without text work best as PDF to JPG. JPG does not support transparency, so transparent areas are filled with white.
